Step by Step Instructions:

1.     Login to your Respage Express Dashboard and scroll down on the left-hand toolbar to Chatbot, then click Live Help.  **Only one person can be signed in under the same Respage Dashboard login at a time when using Live Agent. If you need multiple Respage Dashboard logins created for your team, please let us know. 
 
2.     Toggle yourself Online when you are ready to accept chats.  The first time you log-in, allow notifications in order to receive a pop-up notification when someone is requesting live help.  **Make sure if you walk away from your computer for an extended period of time that you mark yourself Offline when you are not available for chats. 
 
3.     When someone requests a live agent, the conversation will pull into the Waiting for Help section of your Live Agent dashboard. When you are ready to accept the conversation, click on the person’s name to review the conversation and details collected by the Chatbot thus far.  Click Connect in the upper right-hand corner.  You can now start typing with the person
 
4.     In the middle of the screen you will see answer modules - property information, as well as some quick-select answers if you’d like to use them. Here's how to use the answer modules:

        a.     If you would like to use an answer module to add to the conversation - such as the property address, phone number, or office hours - you can click on the paper clip next to the item. It will insert the item into the text field. You can only send one piece of information at a time. 
        b.     Photos in the amenity features can be added to the conversation but the text will not appear. You can add these by clicking on the paper clip. 

When you are finished chatting, click Disconnect in the upper right-hand corner. The conversation will disappear from this screen and be stored in the Chatbot tab under the Activity screen in the dashboard. This is where you normally view all your Chatbot conversations. 


Trouble Shooting Tips:
 
1) You must use Google Chrome or FireFox as your internet browser.  Internet Explorer is not supported.
2) Once logged in to Live Help in your dashboard, you must keep the Live Help tab open on your computer or you will be signed out of Live Help.
3) The teams cannot be signed in to the Respage Express Dashboard under the same user login, at the same time or it will create an issue.
