Residents who rate the property 4-5 stars will be asked to write a review on your lowest-rated review site. We can show up to five review sites.
Residents who rate the property 1-3 star stars will be asked to give feedback on why they scored the property so low, along with getting their information collected so your team can reach out to improve the relationship. After their information is collected, they will have the opportunity to write a review to uphold Google's review site standards.
